How the trial works
An organization administrator signs up and verifies their email address.
Your private workspace is created. You have 14 days to explore the platform, upload documents, configure governance settings, and invite other users and directors.
No payment information is required to start the trial. Only one signup is needed for the organization; members are invited by email, verify their accounts, and then sign in.
Use the in-app wizard for a guided walk-through of key areas. User guides inside the application are coming soon.
Download the companion mobile apps when they are available (coming soon) to see how directors can use meetings, documents, and notifications on the go.
After the trial
When the 14-day trial ends, your organization enters a 14-day grace period to choose monthly or annual billing and complete payment.
If payment is not completed before grace ends, the organization workspace, accounts, and associated data are removed, as per our Terms of Service.
